Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to licensed beauty professionals who:

Proof of professional license and valid identification will be required to claim the prize.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM (CST) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CST).

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

Eligible participants may enter by either of the following methods:

Entries submitted through either method will be treated equally and will have the same odds of winning.

Winner Selection & Odds

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize

Each winner will receive:

90 lbs of Cirépil® Bulk Wax

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,700–$1,793 USD

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Notification & Verification

Selected winners will be contacted via email or mail on or before August 15, 2026.

To claim the prize, winners must respond by August 31, 2026 and provide:

Failure to respond by the deadline may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Fulfillment

The prize will be shipped directly to each verified winner in one shipment on or before September 15, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues once the prize has been shipped.

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

An IRS Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.

General Conditions

Void where prohibited.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Perron Rigot Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, business name, and city/state of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Force Majeure / Technical Disclaimer

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or delayed entries due to technical failures, system errors, internet interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
